Refund policy

We want you to love every purchase from Isla! If something isn't quite right, we're happy to offer eligible returns for store credit within 14 days of delivery.

Before sending anything back, please submit a return request for approval. Once your return is approved, we'll email you with the next steps and return shipping instructions.

To qualify for a return, items must be unworn & undamaged, returned in their original packaging. If your order included a complimentary gift with purchase, please include it with your return. If the gift isn't returned, its retail value will be deducted from your store credit.

How to Start a Return

1. Log in to your Isla account and find the order you'd like to return.

2. Submit your return request for approval.

3. Once approved, we'll email you with return instructions and the return shipping address.

4. After we receive and inspect your return, we'll email your store credit as soon as it's processed!

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we're unable to take responsibility for packages lost in transit.
